However, we want you to be a satisfied customer and will be glad to work with you on returns or exchanges. We will consider all circumstances when making a decision. Please examine your product soon after receiving it. To be considered for a refund or exchange, all merchandise should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact – within 14 days. The shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable and you will be responsible for getting the product to us. Please track packages and insure as necessary, Michaela-Noel is not responsible for damaged or lost product.
