Can I pick up from you directly?

If you are in the greater Atlanta area, arrangements can be made for local pickup. Please email us to make arrangements. For all local pickups, we charge the purchase price + state sales tax.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

If you would like to pay by check or money order, please email us and let us know. We will be glad to work with you and the product will be shipped after the check has cleared. Michaela-Noel reserves the right to accept or refuse payments at will, with the intent of reducing financial risk to our company.

Do you charge sales tax?

All purchases made with a Georgia mailing address are charged state sales tax. This is charged whether the item is picked up locally or mailed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not normally ship internationally. In order to keep our prices low, we focus on shipping to the USA only. However, please email us to determine if we can make some exceptions.

Do you ship to unconfirmed addresses?

We accept U.S. money orders for shipment to addresses that cannot be confirmed. It is simple and quick to have an address confirmed by PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for instructions to confirm an address. Note that you do not have to do anything if all your address info matches.

How do I complete my order?

Our checkout process is simple. As you checkout, you will be transferred automatically to PayPal to complete payment. This is a normal process that all PayPal payments go through. From this point, you will enter your information as needed. All steps require your approval, so you are always informed and aware of what is taking place. Remember, we accept payments only from “confirmed addresses”. This just means that your address has to match that of your credit card billing address.

How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

Any order $50 and over gets free shipping. Shipping and handling on orders less than a $50 purchase, have a flat fee of $5.95.

How will you ship my item?

We ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel, and USPS 1st Class mail, our choice, unless specified in the description. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of your order.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. All our payments are processed through PayPal or our secure credit card merchant account. PayPal is the largest online payment processing business in the world. We receive no information on your credit card or PayPal account, only your payment. PayPal is the only one that receives this information and their site is secure.

What about my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide only to identify you in our database of customers and to send you updates on Michael-Noel from time to time. You may opt out of promotional messages and emails at any time by emailing us at info@michaela-noel.com. We value your privacy and do not share or sell your information to any other entities.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the secured Paypal site. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

All of our merchandise comes with a 14 day right to return. If you return the item for no apparent reason, we charge a restocking fee of $5.00 per item. However, we will make every effort to work with you so that you are a satisfied customer.

What is your Return Policy?

Michaela-Noel has a very stringent quality control. All items are inspected prior to shipping. However, we want you to be a satisfied customer and will be glad to work with you on returns or exchanges. We will consider all circumstances when making a decision. Please examine your product soon after receiving it. To be considered for a refund or exchange, all merchandise must be returned in the original packaging (except for outer shipping case) with all tags and labels intact – within fourteen (14) days. The shipping and handling fee paid by us or you, is nonrefundable and you will be responsible for getting the product to us. Please track packages and insure as necessary, Michaela-Noel is not responsible for damaged or lost product. If we process your order incorrectly, we will do everything to correct it at our expense.
